DJI Neo : Motion Fly More Package FirstLook

...drone piloting w/a Bird's-Eye View!!!

We have been flying the DJI Neo for about a year now. The Neo is amazingly simple to fly, but we wanted to try something more challenging than what we’ve been doing with it. We thought we’d like the technique of flying with the aid of a First Person View (FPV) headset.

FPV flying involves piloting a drone while wearing a pair of specialized goggles that show a live video feed from the drone’s camera. Unlike line-of-sight flying, the FPV setup creates an immersive, cockpit-like experience.

Motion Fly More Package

The DJI Neo Motion Fly More Combo offers an immersive motion control experience. The package includes DJI Neo, Goggles N3, RC Motion 3, three Batteries, and a Charging Hub.

UnBoxing

Everything needed for FPV flying was in the DJI Motion Fly More Combo box. We liked the Apple-inspired/low-waste/efficiently designed container that held all the parts. The Neo and RC Motion Controller are on top. The N3 FPV Goggles are on the bottom.

Good packaging design means there is no unnecessary padding. The entire package is smaller, lighter, and easier to unpack.

Look, no styrofoam and completely recyclable!

The Content

Time to check out all the stuff coming out of that small box…the Neo quadcopter, the remote controller, and the FPV goggles.

Along with the three main components, there’s more: two Intelligent batteries, a 3-battery charger, and miscellaneous bits of gear (spare propeller, screwdriver, etc.).

This is quite the combo package!

Gear specs

DJI Neo: 135g, 4K camera

  • Palm Takeoff & Landing,
  • Subject Tracking & QuickShots,
  • Controller-free flying, via voice control (EN/CN), mobile app, or RC,
  • DJI stabilization technology, level-4 wind resistance, and
  • Does not require FAA registration or a Remote ID.

The Neo is an impressive entry-level quadcopter that’s easy to set up and fly, and is particularly suitable for beginners.

DJI N3 goggles: 290g, Resolution: 1920*1080

  • Head-tracking tech,
  • High-resolution display,
  • Low-latency transmission, and
  • Lightweight ergonomic design.

The N3 goggles have a high-resolution display with a wide field of view. It gives a realistic first-person perspective during flights. The adjustable headband and foam padding allow for extended wear without fatigue.

DJI RC Motion 3: 50g,

  • Immersive motion control,
  • Ergonomic handheld design, and
  • Rechargeable internal battery.

Designed to link with specific third-party FPV headsets for live-view control, the RC Motion 3 controller offers intuitive motion-based steering for compatible FPV drones, translating hand movements into precise directional commands.

DJI intelligent batteries and Neo charging hub: 67g, Output: 5V, 2A

  • Charges up to three batteries in sequence, and
  • Can be used as a power bank.

The Intelligent charger can fully charge three Intelligent Flight Batteries simultaneously in just 60 minutes! The number of batteries that can be charged simultaneously depends on the power of the charger. Using a charger of more than 45 W allows for charging three batteries at once.

FirstThought

From speaking with drone pilots, manipulating controls like throttle, pitch, and roll for smooth, dynamic flight through complex environments must first be mastered. Those skills are best developed by practicing in simulators before flying for real!

We will prep for FirstFlight with the N3 before flying the Neo with the FPV goggles and will share our experience with those interested throughout the course of 2026.

For those looking for a deal, the DJI FlyMore package is ON SALE at an insanely low price on Amazon right now. Hopefully, it is because the next-gen Neo 2 will soon be available in the US once the tariffs, bans, and other trade stupidities with China sort themselves out.
