The Porsche Boxster is one of the most enjoyable automobile we have ever owned here at the RainyDayGarage.  The car handles amazingly well because of the mid-engine design. 

We have done lots or really fun projects because the car's systems are so accessible. 

However, not everything on the Boxster lasts as long as we would have liked.  We had the plastic rear window repaired after two years and are not sure how many seasons this new one will last. 

Constantly having to replace the plastic rear window of the Porsche Boxster is one of the most frustrating part of owning this car!

When we mentioned we wanted to figure out how to repair the rear window as a RainyDayProject, a reader on PPBB donated a top for the cause.

We found a source for the plastic. IF we are successful, we'll document the entire repair process for those who want to give it a go.
